These Terms of Use govern your use of allatarot.com and the readings offered by Alla Tarot (“we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Entertainment only. All readings, horoscopes, Destiny Matrix reports and other content are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not predictions guaranteed to come true and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Never delay seeking professional help because of something you read in a reading.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and place an order.

2. Our products

The Year Ahead — a personal 12-month tarot forecast delivered as a PDF to your email within 24 hours (or within 2 hours if you purchase Express delivery).
The Destiny Matrix — a bonus PDF calculated from your date of birth and delivered by email shortly after payment.
Daily Stars — an optional subscription with a daily horoscope and tarot card of the day sent by email.

Readings are based on the information you provide. Please make sure your name, date of birth and email are correct — we are not responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by incorrect details.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website before checkout. Payments are processed securely by Whop, which may act as the merchant of record and calculate applicable sales tax or VAT. One-time purchases are charged once and do not renew.

4. Daily Stars subscription

Daily Stars starts with a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at the price shown at checkout (currently $9 per month) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account or by emailing hello@allatarot.com; cancellation stops future charges, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Delivery

Readings are delivered by email. If you have not received your reading within the stated time, please check your Spam/Promotions folders and then contact hello@allatarot.com — we will resend it.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the website and in your reading (texts, designs, illustrations) belongs to Alla Tarot. Your reading is for your personal use; you may not resell or publish it commercially.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take based on a reading, or for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
